Wonderfoam is the easy way to add foam and texture to your drinks without the hassle or expense of using egg white. This means it's quicker, easier, and more economical than ever to create textural cocktails; each 50ml bottle of Wonderfoam can make more than 200 drinks! It performs well in varying levels of acidity and temperature, producing a thick foam with a fine bead and opening up myriad opportunities for creativity.

Wonderfoam is made from the bark of the Quillaja saponaria tree, which is wild-harvested according to strict quotas with each lot approved by CONAF and overseen by the Chilean Ministry of Agriculture. The raw bark is then locally processed using water extraction to naturally create Wonderfoam.

How to Use:

Simply add 3–6 drops of Wonderfoam to your ingredients, depending on the size and style of the drink. Shake with ice for 12–15 seconds to create a thick and stable foam. For even more foam, 'dry' shake the ingredients without ice first and then shake again with ice. This foam is perfect for stencilling with bitters to add both aroma and visual appeal.

When batching drinks with Wonderfoam, start with a baseline of 0.1% of the total volume, then add more if required—a little goes a long way!

Wonderfoam is a concentrated natural extract and as such should not be tasted by itself. It is designed to be mixed and diluted, imparting no perceptible flavour to the final drink. 
Store at 5–20°C in a dry place, away from heat sources and out of sunlight. Do not decant from original packaging, replace cap firmly when not in use.
