Rosso Capri is a Turin vermouth obtained from the skillful processing by infusion in hydroalcoholic solution of roots and officinal herbs. The aromatic plants and citrus fruits give a distinctive round and harmonious taste with fruity and delicately bitter sensations. Rested for at least eight months in French oak barrels to build body and structure.

This vermouth is made on a base of Piedmont wines and 28 selected botanicals from the Italian Peninsula including roman wormwood, yarrow, angelica, laurel, bitter orange, red gentian bark, cardamom, coriander, nutmeg, cloves, marjoram and more.

Dark amber in colour, with wood, red fruit and  bitter orange on the nose. Notes of laurel, cardamom, chinotto and oak with a long lasting finish.

Use wherever a sweet vermouth is called for such as in classic cocktails like the Negroni, Manhattan or Boulevardier.
