Porto Tónico

60ml Kopke Dry White Port
10ml Jack Rudy Cocktail Co. Classic Tonic Syrup
110ml soda water

Add port and tonic syrup to a tall glass, fill with ice and top with soda. Stir gently to combine and garnish with an orange twist or lemon wheel.
For a more bitter take, split the port with a red amaro and garnish with an orange wheel to make a Belafonte.
