A favourite at Addition! Thai Green Chili has a fresh, bright, green flavour and its heat is serious—a few blasts of this spice go a long way. A versatile flavour, but works especially well in margaritas and citrus-heavy cocktails. This is a tincture and does not add bitterness like a cocktail bitters would as there is no bittering ingredient used, thus the descriptor "cocktail spice". Combine with complimentary flavours like cardamom, garlic, rosemary, sage, tarragon, or thyme to create a complex and aromatic cocktail.

Pairs well with agave spirits, rye whisky, citrus, tropical fruits, gin, or bourbon.
