A bit like a combination of a blueberry and a peppercorn, it starts out sweet and finishes with peppery heat and earthiness. This is a tincture and does not add bitterness like a cocktail bitters would as there is no bittering ingredient used, thus the descriptor "cocktail spice". The combination is a versatile, unique compliment to a wide variety of cocktails!

Pairs well with tequila, bourbon, or gin. Try substituting for aromatic bitters.
