Bitters & Soda is the perfect option when you want something that's sophisticated and has the taste of a cocktail but without the alcohol content or hassle of preparation. This layered, complex and refreshing drink is a nice alternative to flavoured sparkling waters and can be enjoyed throughout the day.

“Don't bitters contain alcohol?" you may ask. The answer is yes, but the alcohol content of this drink is negligible. Bitters are commonly between 30 - 50 percent alcohol, but you only need a few dashes in your drink, bringing a glass of Bitters & Soda to about .03 alcohol by volume. For reference, the average store-bought kombucha can contain around 15 times that amount.
