Classic New York...

Brooklyn Hemispherical Bitters are made in the classic style, drawing flavours from roots, vegetables, fruits, and herbs. All their bitters are carefully crafted by hand in Brooklyn, using local and organic ingredients whenever possible. The bitters are created seasonally.

Four terrific flavours: Black Mission Fig, Meyer Lemon, Rhubarb and Sriracha... all 120ml.

Toy Soldier

1 oz Rye

1 oz Applejack

1/2 oz Allspice dram

1/2 oz Simple syrup

1/2 oz Aperol

1/2 oz Lemon juice

Combine ingredients. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass. Add an orange twist as garnish. Top with 3 drops BHB Fig Bitters..
