The Bitter Truth Pimento Dram is based on selected pimento/allspice and the finest Jamaican rum. A concentrated tincture that evokes strong flavours of brown sugar, molasses, cinnamon, anise and more. But the primary flavour that stands above all others is Pimento. This Falernum is gold in color, taste and texture, but never one note, it is a calypso of flavor. On the nose are fresh lime, ginger, vanilla and almond with just a hint of Christmas.

At 18% alcohol, The Bitter Truth Golden Falernum Liqueur is stronger than other falernums while still having a lower alcohol content than most liqueurs, lending itself to both uses in cocktails or drunk on its own over ice.
