Set in the vibrant landscape of Smith St, Fitzroy, The Bitters Lab is the first of its kind in Australia. The Bitters Lab is home-base for Only Bitters, complementing our specialist online retail store, and created with a simple philosophy - to provide inspired cocktail enthusiasts with the best selection of ingredients available.

Many of our customers have been asking when/where they might be able to see our products in person. Well, now they can! Our new shop finally gives us the space to display the amazing range of Bitters, Tonics, Cocktail syrups, Drinking vinegars (Shrubs), Garnishes, Liqueurs, Books, and Gift sets that we've been carefully curating at Only Bitters. We are particularly excited with our brand new range of Barware offered in-store.

At The Bitters Lab, visitors can see the entire range of over 1000 products now on offer, with an impressive selection of items open for tasting. Our friendly staff will help you find something specific, or feel free to take your time browsing, tasting and exploring, Very soon, we will also be offering themed cocktail-making classes, run by experienced mixologists. Stay tuned!
