Habañero is one of the hottest and most widely loved chili peppers. It has a light pepper flavor combined with an intense, slow-building heat. Habañero is a great choice to add pure heat to a cocktail without greatly changing the flavor profile. This is a tincture and does not add bitterness like a cocktail bitters would as there is no bittering ingredient used, thus the descriptor "cocktail spice".
